Jack and I needed to find an exchange for a property we sold in Santa Barbara. We hoped to get more property for our money in Fresno than we had in Santa Barbara. We called some realtors in Fresno and they all told us that the kind of property (apts) we were looking for were scarce and they didn’t have anything to show us.
Our Santa Barbara realtor found Paul Gestic for us online. When we called him, he made himself immediately available and assured us he had a number of properties to show us. He was as good as his word. The first time we went out with him he did show us a good selection of suitable property. We soon trusted his expertise on what was good value and what was not, what was in a good neighborhood and what was not.
When we found a property we wanted, he was quick to respond and he worked diligently for us. It was not a simple deal but he worked creatively with us and made it happen. He also arranged for inspections and had us talk to his property manager to get our bearings. He has gone out of his way to be helpful.
